I just arrived back from American Library Association Annual Summer Conference in Orlando where I received my second Pura Belpré Illustration Honor. This time it was for Mango, Abuela, and Me written by the wonderfully talented Meg Medina.
It was amazing few days filled with family, friends, colleagues, and new friends. I could write on and on, but instead here are some pictures and links.
