Hey Angela, I love the landscape with the car. Orlando and I happened to stumble upon some of your work in a magazine the other day. It looked awsome! congratulations on that!
The type of tar I use is called Wet R Dry, you could find it in any home improvement store. If you go to home depot you will find it in the building material department. remember that you have to mix the tar with wax and resin gel, its to loosen the dry thickness of the tar.
